You are held responsible for the correct input of your shipping address, as well as the correct input of any payment details. If your funds are not received, you will not receive your order.
Our Pudo shipping cost is R70.00 for door-to-locker deliveries. Upon checkout, this price will be stated, as well as worked into the final order price.
This is liable to change in accordance with inflation and Pudo fees.
Delivery times vary based on a variety of conditions:
- Time it takes for funds to clear
- Distance from Bramble and Vine address
- Complications within chosen delivery service
- Riots/Strikes/Marches/Severe Storms
Orders will only be shipped once payment has been received by Bramble and Vine.
Orders will then be shipped out as soon as possible, please allow for 3-5 business days before the order is delivered to it’s destination.
Certain products, such as Sourdough Bread and Hummus, are made on-order. This could potentially effect delivery times, as there may be a 24 hour lead time in order to produce said products.
If you have not received your order after the estimated date, please review your shipping address and payment details.
If you have filled in the wrong account number into the payment details when using the Direct Bank Transfer option, we will not receive your payment, thus, your order will not be shipped.
You will be notified if an item in your order is out of stock prior to checkout. If by any chance and item(s) is out of stock after purchase, you will be refunded to the value of said item(s) to your bank account or as in-store credit in the form of a gift card or coupon.
